Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my product: HairFlow. HairFlow is an app for hairdressers to manage their appointments, sale, inventory etc.
HairFlow will help them get a better workflow.
I love the concept of having two logos, like for example Github, who's one logo is just Github (as text) and the other a symbol. I would like to have a symbol/icon, that can be used as both favicon in the browser and for the app icon in App Store etc.
I have attached some logos that I like.
Regarding colors, I'm mostly thinking black/white - but I'm open to other options.
