Brief de Design de Logo

I have 2 businesses that go closely in hand with my skill set. I do renovations on residential houses as 1 business and then I also buy real estate and renovate the houses and hold onto the investment as rental properties. I am looking for a logo that will encompass some form of renovations or construction and link it with investing in real estate. It will be the logo that I use for both businesses combined.
The name of my construction business is Dusty Reno's and the slogan is "uncovering the true potential"
The name of my Real Estate Investing business is DMV Realty
I would like the primary focus to be on the renovation business with some form of link to the real estate investing
The files attached are my rough drafts of the front and back of my business card that I would like to encompass my logo onto and/or possibly redo the whole business card around the new logo

• My idea for the Dusty Reno's was to have an old carpet peeling back and exposing brand new hardwood flooring and also having a modern new kitchen in the background.
• My idea for DMV Realty is very plain and simple having a picture of house in the background in relation to residential investment
