Brief de Design de Flyer

I am developing my own start-up company which is organising and managing exclusive and luxury events in Vienna, London, and Venice. Elegant promotional flyer should introduce and promote my company to a broad spectrum of high level clients; both online and by regular hardcopy post. This flyer should reflect the highest level of elegance, professionalism, creativity, sophistication, and exclusivity as well as irradiating a feeling of child like joy . I want the flyer to be two sided or folded, but did not find that version. It should be including the photo from the main page of the site "www.allegris-events.com". Text should contain the following :
