Brief de Design de Logo

We require a logo design for a new social enterprise based in Scotland aimed at bringing three different groups together: 1) young people, unemployed and those from disadvantaged groups; 2) local companies willing to mentor apprentices and 3) small local businesses who feel they can provide experience for an apprentice but only on a part-time basis.
"The Apprentice Store" will provide a route to a professional career and improved employability initially within the IT sector, however the programme will be rolled out in due course to other sectors.
Participants will be offered a wide range of hands-on work experience through working with many different types and sizes of businesses, together with formal training and mentoring throughout our two year programme. Participants will be employed by The Apprentice Store and will receive a good incremental salary reflecting their progression, experience and achievements. The apprentices' development will grow through placements with a variety of local companies. Local businesses would be able to book an apprentice part-time through The Apprentice Store rather than committing to a full-time, twelve month Modern Apprenticeship programme which is not always financially viable.
Our marketing will be aimed at three groups: the potential apprentice, the potential host company and the small local businesses who could benefit from taking on an apprentice on a part-time or ad-hoc basis.
The logo should inspire thoughts of open doors, pathways to professional careers, filling skills gaps, a meeting of needs, second chances, guidance, mentoring, growth and personal and professional development.
