Brief de Design de Logo

we need a logo design for a coffeehouse in Puerto Rico, this is a new project with an air of lounge and boutique. The cafe will be located in a college area, where there are also a hospital and many clinics. The cafe will be a cool, relaxing place to enjoy gourmet coffee, also a juice bar (hot weather) and where we will also have an area for people to sell handcrafts, paintings or whatever they want to display. The cafe will be addressed mainly to the college students, but also to those seniors going on medical appointments, so it should be a place to relax, enjoy their drink, read or enjoy the music. a coffeehouse with personality, not your usual coffee franchise spot. Curious facts about this name, the building where I plan to open the cafe is an old radio station building, use to house about 4 radio stations and repeater antennas on the roof, from there the name radio centro (center of radio stations). Also it is in the street name "Bosque" or forest in English, always thought it would be a good idea to incorporate these elements in the design. Also, Bosque street is where all the college students party during the week, so it would have great visibility, it should be something that will catch the attention to that audience, cool modern, unique logo or brand that will stand out and that will be recognized and remembered.
