Many of you have submitted fantastic logos. One overall comment for your consideration: The community of Ocean View is both "old" and "new." Many of the submissions so far look like logos for high-end communities. Ocean View is indeed "OLD salt, NEW vibe."

Plus, it is a very DIVERSE community -- old, young, black, white, yellow, rich, poor, newcomers and long-time residents.

Logos that bring the idea that it is "old and new" and "diverse" to life will be the top contenders.
