Brief de Design de Logo

Logo to be used in a design for our recently merged new company (Concord Industries and American Flagpole). The attached images are to be used as a starting point only. It is very important to note that I do not own the flying eagle image but am using it only as a guide to the direction we are wanting with this new logo. The small waving flag in the 2nd file is provided because it currently used in one of the logos we are moving away from (if it can be incorporated into the logo fine but it is not necessary...the flying eagle is a neccessity). Basic description of the project is a 2-Color logo incorporationg a Flying Bald Eagle...Wings Up, Talons Out...Tail Back...Side Profile (very slight angle - 10 degrees?)...Wings in "V". Eagle to be blue (blue line outlining the white head) with some sort of red and blue incorporated under the eagle (banner, ribbon, etc.). Realistic, not aggressive.
