Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Brasília, Brazil, called 'Vertisys'. We develop and deploy management solutions, training and connecting people. We have two main initial produts, one based on process management theories (in order to generate value for our clients) and other based on health improvement (raw food training and similar issues). We would like to see designs that use living colors (yellow, orange, blue, red) but that are clean, at the same time. We like some logos like SONY (short name with excelent letters), Nike (an icon that comes with the name) and Apple (simple and valuable). We like to see movement and connections ideas on the designed logo. The final design should communicate safety and world careness.
