Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a financial advisory firm working with small to mid-sized private businesses. Our audience is business owners, as well as their other service providers including accountants and attorneys. We primarily work with industrial type companies in the oilfield, construction, manufacturing, etc. I'm looking for a logo that is modern, clean, and sophisticated. Our website is white/light gray/dark gray. I will also be needing more marketing materials so there is opportunity for more work (business card, ppt slides, letterhead, flyers etc)
