Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new and exciting upcoming startup call ‘The Spot’ based in Australia. We are an online events management platform that lets people know the best spots around them. This includes various events/promotions on at night clubs, festivals, bar’s and other entertainment venues at any particular day or night.

Our initial product is a mobile application that helps connect consumers (mostly the younger population) with event venues to find out exactly what’s happening around them at any particular time or day. It eliminates the task of manually going through a large amount of scattered information on the internet just to find out what is going on in the surrounding areas near you.

The logo design should be abstract and needs to be supportive of the mobile app and main website. It should also be transparent in a way that it can transfer over to other marketing and promotional merchandise like t-shirts, stickers and wristbands.

The colour scheme should be preferably warm and bright colour types emphasising the excitement and social aspects of what we are trying to achieve. As a possible starting point the 'o' in the 'The Spot' could be replaced with the abstract icon of the logo.

If you can find a good colour scheme that supports a grey interface background like how Spotify has set their interface up that would be helpful.

I have added some colour’s below representing the colour’s I like personally. However, any bright, warm colour would be perfect for this logo. Use your imagination to what you think is appropriate.
Light blue or lime green might also be good.
