Brief de Design de Carte de Visite

*1) An Overview:* The business is simply a financial transaction wherein I
offer to provide advice to financial holders of commercial real estate
mortgages (which are sub-performing or non-performing), and said holders
are desirous of selling said mortgages which I will offer advice to said
holders in the purchase of said mortgages. Please note the attached copy
of a proposed line-by-line business card which starts with the 1st line
"DFJ Consulting, LLC" with the 2nd line "Purchase of Commercial Mortgage
Loan" and the 3rd line "Sub-performing and Non-performing" is my desired
copy subject to any suggested changes. Please ignore the the copy below
the aforementioned proposed card/copy as it will be activated at a later
date.and advise

*2) The Target Market:* I contact and advise senior officers in banks,
insurance companies, and financial institutions such as CEOs, CFOs, COOs,
and Loan Mitigation Officers: the senior officers are tasked with the
removal of sub-performing and non-performing commercial real estate loans
from their real estate portfolios. The desired market is targeted at $1-10
million USD and located in the US.

*3) Design Specifics: *STYLE should be conservative and be representative
of the financial market contacts; COLOR might show a rich forest green
element, a gold foil accent, and subtle black printing, however,
alternatively, silver foil accent(s) with strong black print would seem in
harmony with the services offered, however, I would appreciate any artful
suggestions; IMAGERY should be subtle (no logo can be strong enough to make
an immediate impact): the quality should make the recipient feel he/she has
just met an experienced and competent financial adviser (I have over 55
years of successful financial and business experience).
