Brief de Design Wordpress

We would like a website created that is simple and crisp while still mobile friendly. We currently have less than 30 products and we like the layout of the following site:
( http://www.edwardsironworkers.com/ ).

The color scheme has to blend well with our attached logo.

The menu bar needs to consist of:
Home -
Products- A page with all products
Sub-Pages- Air Handler Stands
Aluminum Condenser Stands
Air Distribution Products
A/C Cages
Accessories
Resources- A page with all specification sheets, instructions,
forms, video's, etc that will be elsewhere but can be
found in one place
Log In- A password protected area that will have special pricing
FAQ- Frequently asked questions / Sales Terms
Contact Us- Map, pics, contact form

The actual product sales page can be similar to the example website above with the following exceptions-
- Main product image with different images available
- Description
- Availability (Not Needed)
- Options (I need to be able to modify)
- Qty
- Add to Cart
- Current "Request a Quote" to be replaced with "Log In for
Distributor Pricing" and redirect to that page
- Description
- Related Products (Not Needed)
- Specifications
- Specifications Metric (Not Needed)

I have no preference on format (I currently use Wordpress) as long as it is user friendly to update/change content, products, images, etc.

In Summary-
The example website is a style we like but it's just an example
Please use our logo and colors
Please use general pictures for the slider until we have some
Please use the lorem ipsum text where info is needed and not
available
