Brief de Design de Logo

I am starting a company based in Honolulu, HI using employees in multiple locations in the Pacific (primarily philippines) to provide outsourcing services to dental offices. The services will primarily be related to sending out their bills to insurance companies, but may also include things like answering the phones, scanning their charts when they convert to digital records and so on.

I need a name for the business entity that efficiently communicates what we do then once we have a name, we'll need a logo. I'm very flexible to good ideas so could be a short name and then tagline underneath or even a more complicated name. This is a business to business not a consumer product, but still should be visually appealing, easy to recall, etc.
