Brief de Design Graphique

Looking for some key branding components to assist with the expansion of our company into business consultancy work.
Existing company is an Accountancy firm (Catalyst Accountants) and we have set up a new Company (BizScaping) which is the Business Consultancy arm.
We offer an Accountancy & Business Consultancy service and believe strongly in helping people achieve their dreams through business success.

Catalyst focusses on Taxation, Compliance & Restructure work.
BizScaping will focus on Business Development and Enhancement (Sales, Marketing, Systems & Planning)

I need to develop some General branding Tools across the 2 x arms.
We are all about fixing Business Problems.

Specifically I need:
1 x New Logo Design (For BizScaping)
4 x Product/Feature Icon Designs
1 x Pull Up Banner Design

Logo Design
This is purely a new Logo for Bizscaping.

4 x Icon Designs..
...that I can use on business cards, posters signs etc.
The aim of the Icons is to have a consistent look and feel around our messaging.
If it helps, the basic messaging we are trying to get across is:
We help your business Perform
So you can create Wealth and stability
So to impact your Lifestyle
And enable you to reach your Goals & Dreams
The words to go with each Icon are (in brackets I have put my iinitial ideas of what the icon might represent):
Performance (Graph/Chart on the increase?)
Wealth (Dollar sign?)
Lifestyle (Family time?)
Dreams (future/sunset?)

Pull Up Banner Design
Looking for a great design for a Pull up Banner measuring 850mm wide and 2000mm high.

The current text we have in mind is... (But will probably change)

“Less time working…more time living.”

“What would you rather be doing?” (MAIN MESSAGE)
4 Icons
“Let us take you there”

Then include some imagery for Success, Performance, Family, Goals/Dreams, Holidays??


Our Logo for the Accountancy side of the business (Catalyst Accountants) is traditionally Blue with complementing colours usually being Gold and lighter browns.
On the business consultancy (BizScaping) side of things we will probably lend itself to greens and browns. (See sample Logo)
But happy to consider new pallets.

  Must capture the essence of the name and what we do. BizScaping (as in Landscaping your business) Tag line would be "Revive, Redesign, Revitalize your Business"
  
  Icons
  Consistency across the 4 icons, so if a caricature icon of a dollar sign is used with a Bold Border, then same concept carried through on other Icons.
  
  Pull Up Banner
  To fit dimensions 850mm by 2000mm
  Note: please allow for 30mm bleed at Top and 150mm bleed at bottom.

• Should not be just another "corporate" look and feel.
  Needs to be vibrant and stand out.
