Brief de Web Design

We are looking for a new site design for the Friends of the Canadian War Museum. The current site can be found at

http://www.friends-amis.org/fcwmindex_e.html

The URL is provided for reference. We want a completely different look and layout which is shown in the specifications document. Visiting the site, you can learn more about the organization.

Initially, we would like a home page, and inside page provided. Once we a home page and inside page are selected, we would like a simple mobile template provided.

I have attached a full description of the project as well as the specifications document and a zip file containing images for the site.

As mentioned in the specs document, we want to include an image of the museum in the header. The zip file is too large for us to upload (80 meg). The zip file can be obtained by clicking this link:

The zip file contains several exterior photos and you can select the one you feel is most appropriate to your design.
