Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new company based on the North Shore (Northern Beaches to be specific) of Sydney. To Be Shore is a property buyers service (known as Buyers Agent or Advocate). We help people find and purchase investment properties and homes.

To Be Shore is a boutique company - focused on local knowledge, expertise and personalised service. I only work on the North Shore - I focus heavily on leverage my local relationships and knowledge - and only take on a few clients at a time.

Clients generally will come to me because they don't have the time or relationships to search for property themselves, and often because they don't have the confidence to negotiate on the property.

I want the logo to be modern, fresh, self confident and reflect the Northern Beaches location / lifestyle - it needs to give the client confidence, even comfort.

I tend to prefer dark earthy colours, but I'm open to ideas.

I need to use the logo - or versions of the logo - for:
1. Website
2. Business Cards
3. Stationary and Promotional material
4. Social Media
