Why would I not pay if I like a design?
I already committed $200 into this project, I already payed.

But I would like to see the design is good and fits the brief.

Look at the submitted designs!  2 minutes effort without brain power.  Not even read the brief. That is not what I am looking for.
If there are promising designs I will change the condition, but so far this is not looking good.
