Brief de Design de Logo

opening a new restaurant location called "Hooked" we currently have a restaurant that this will be a sub category of, so would like to possibly incorporate our current logo into the new one. It is going to be a fresh fish "poke market" so would also like that in a smaller font off to the side or underneath, but we would like it to be removable, as it is a description and not the actual name. We are open to having some fish tied in or ocean designs, and definitely a hook on the "h" to tie into our current restaurant group. I will attach a current logo.
