Brief de Design de Logo

I would like a title treatment and logo for my new consulting business. It is called PONDLIFE. This is a play on words of my surname, which is Pond. (Marketing brings life to ideas.) The final logo will need to be supplied as an Illustrator and be fully layered and editable in case I need to expand on it further outside of Design Crowd.

I work in the area of Major Events, for theatre and performing arts, with a view to working more in sports also. My focus is on marketing - anything from campaign strategy to advertising schedules to partnerships and promotions. I focus on on relationships and partnerships to deliver each role I am asked to consult on.

The design should demonstrate themes such as exceptional work ethic/hard working, thorough, results driven, solution oriented, collaborative and consultative, easy to work with, sets high standards for self and others.

I DO NOT want any reference to a pond or water or anything literal about my surname (Pond) in the logo. Also please stay away from expanding on "LIFE" too much as well, with sun beams etc, as I feel this start to look like a logo for a health or insurance company.

Colours I would like considered are blues and greens, blacks and silver. I want the logo to be stylish and simple, yet meaningful.
