Brief de Web Design

I want an ecommerce site where customers can review our in stock items and or select from our vendor on-line catalog when placing an order. I also need a place where they can enter the inscription information for each award. Will accept PayPal payments. Also need a section for perpetual awards where they sign up for the monthly awards, they select the Master Plaque they want and also select the monthly award they want. Has to be for single awards or multi awards from a single customer. Current web site is www.MyIncentiveAwards.com and I need to keep the same address. You can review it for what we do but it’s old and done by "me".
The main focus of our sales are perpetual awards so that should be front and center on the main page. I would like the customer to enter their information on an order form and select the Mater Plaque and which Monthly they would like. They can also do a monthly without a Master Plaque. Once the order is submitted, I would like to receive an email message with all the information in the text of the email.
I am in the process of getting newer pictures of these items and they should be available by the end of the week if not sooner.
I would like the links to the catalogs to also be on the home page.
An “Ask a Question” would also me a good idea where they inter contact information, enter their question and I receive an email with their questions and information for my reply to them.
Our key phrase is “The Power of Thank You!” We would like to see this on every page and where ever you think it would apply. We sell to many different companies and organizations all over the United States.
