Into Vector?

We want a watercolor illustration of the greenhouse in the picture. It would be designed in Adobe Illustrator or another vector graphics program. It would have a hand-drawn quality but a digital file so it can be blown up to any size.

Essentially yes. But it all needs to be done as vector graphics, not physically on paper. Hope that helps.
