Brief de Design de Logo

Our main core is located in the engineering/ building construction. We give technical advice concerning energy performance, ventilation and airtightness of new buildings.
The company name, Egeon, is also the name of a butterfly species. Our current logo is a styled butterfly.
We're looking for an updated version of our logo, which can be integrated in the tagline 'Egeon Ingenieurs'. Feel free to design a completely new logo, just keep in mind that our company colors are black and green, which we would like to keep.
Based on this new logo, we plan on building a whole new corporate identity (cars, papers, website, envelopes).
