Project says Job Uncoded PSD design only

The current budget suffices for homepage PSD design only - not more pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guaranteee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

can you purchase the fonts for the design? This is purchasable fonts. Otherwise can you suggest another google free fonts, which one we use in design? It really help us to do this mock up.
