Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new company based in London that will deliver cooking courses, events, private chef services, cook books and bespoke private cooking experiences. Our Master Chef is called Alessio Lai and we thought that using his signature as brand could be a good starting point as endorsement. The logo must be clean, fresh, simple and upmarket and scalable across the various products. It will also look good on different printed materials, merchandise (chef's jackets for instance). Alessio is also a musician and music plays a great part in the overall experience.
