Brief de Design de Logo

The logo will be the logo for a company that helps startup companies and investors in them. Investors in startup companies are often called Angel investors. Since the comapny is helping the investors the logo should depict someone who is holding the halo for an angel (symbolizing backing up the angel investor). The angel in front, the man or arm holding the halo.
The name will be Haloholder. Tag line is "supporting angel investors" The logo must be with and wthout tagline.

The image should be clean and work on a white background.
The logo should also be possible to put on a business card.

I have added an image file with my origianlly idea, but I certainly welcome any ideas.
