Brief de Design de Brochure

We need a corporate brochure and newsletter for a start-up IT company based in State of Qatar

We are professional system integrator and digital signage company, more information is available on our website www.u-sols.net.

BROCHURE
I want an A4 sized double-folded brochure with perfect finishing - average of 4 internal pages.

Front page:
Should capture company logo (attached) and unique design that befits an IT integration company. This should be simple and elegance as much as possible

Middle pages - Section A:
To feature company products and solutions. Each section will have a unique concept and images relating to the product & solution. Image could appear like a banner blended to accommodate buzz word overlay. Underneath each image, there shall be average of 4 services listed in bullet format.

To feature our corporate services. Each section will have a unique concept and images relating to the service. Image could appear like a banner blended to accommodate buzz word overlay. Below each image, there shall be items listed in bullet format.

apart from front cover, back page will be empty

page 1 shall be company - about us and vision & mission
page 2 & 3 shall be product and solutions
page 4 shall be services


Back pages:
This will have thumbnail images of company products & services (used in the middle pages) - features at bottom of the back page. Also, back page will contain company's address, website and telephone information.

The final design should include company name with a corporate look and feel and creatively design icon/character. All should communicate creativity.

Attached is the company logo and contents to be used for inner pages. I will welcome suggestions to change the logo color to boost the brochure quality.
