Brief de Design de Flyer

We will be arranging a conference on electronics integration technology in Helsinki, Finland in September 2014 and we would need catchy looking information leaflet to advertise it. We call this a “call for papers” and it is distributed to all potential attendants of the conference. I have attached the plain text part as a MS Word document “1st Call for Papers.docx”. The title format, font etc. can be changed and modified but the 1/2/1 column layout should remain the same and the text should not extend to third page.
There are 5 logos that must be included; the event logo ESTC2014 should be on the front page but the remaining 4 logos (Aalto University, IEEE, CPMT, and iMAPS) should be placed in the bottom footer of both pages. I have attached the call for papers from the previous ESTC conference (in 2012) as a reference of how it has looked before. However, I would like to make it visually little bit more like the ECTC call for papers, which is also attached. If you can find a little "flavor" perhaps from the theme of the conference (electronics) and/or something local (Helsinki) to make it stand out next to the old ESTC one. I think the theme of electronics is quite universal but I will also attach some photos of Helsinki.
