As far i'm concern you will be doing this project is 3D right? so in 3D we charge 100$-150$ for a single design, so i request you to please qoute this contest holder according to this price as it is not matter of only your benefit but also for all the artist just like you and me.And please brother do not let your personal contact details in the comments, let the contest holder decide, as his decision is in your favor then give him your personal details PLEASE THIS IS A REQUEST TO YOU BROTHER AS WE ARE ARTIST WE HAVE TO UNDERSTAND EACH OTHERS NEEDS AND REQUIREMENT.

Dear Ryan the $140  fee is for the Classroom design, the other two designs will attract the same rate, so three designs will attract three payments, sorry for any confusion as I am new to this site. As for the floor plan this is a concept design there is no standard floor plan, however the classrooms will generally be 80 m2 with one window and one door, I hope this helps

I would love to help with this project as I have done some great fun 3D designs in the past however I cannot justify the work with the budget. Note that designcrowd retain a 15% fee off the award prize money, this means I would only receive $100 per concept/render. I usually charge an average of $200 per room.
