Very interesting project, but please guarantee it, otherwise it is not motivating to work on it!
I just want to clarify a few things before starting to work on your project.
1. You say "I would like a small picture of an each ingredient outside along with key features" - By ingridients you mean a picture of a green coffee bean?
2. In the example site you provided, the label looks more pharmaceutical - you want a medical feel to the design?
3. Do you have a company logo, or you wish us to make one for you?
4. Last, let me know how the bottle looks like (color, shape, size) and also size of your label.

LABEL SIZE!!!

ALSO ARE YOU GOING TO PUT ANY OTHER FACTS ABOUT THE PRODUCT OR JUST WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY PROVIDED?

1. Yes, I would like a picture of a green coffee bean, garcinia cambogia, and raspberries.

2. Yes, I do want a medical feel to it but also looks attractive.

3. I don't have a company logo yet but if you can make one, that would be great.

4. It's a white rounded bottle. Very common shape (if you google green coffee bean supplement, you will see very similar shapes). The bottle contains 60 capsules and one capsule has 800mg.
I forgot to mention it but could you put the dosage on the bottle too? (800mg)
I didn't know the guarantee option. I will do that tonight :)

- Green coffee bean extract: 800mg (right next to Green coffee bean extract wording but the size can be a little smaller)
- Garcinia Cambogia:1300mg (right next to Garcinia Cambogia wording but the size can be a little smaller), inhibits fat production

I AM ASKING TO SEE HOW TO ARRANGE THE SPACE ON THE BOTTLE, SINCE THIS IS A ROUND DESIGN...DO YOU WANT THE INFO TO BE ON THE "BACK SIDE" AND THE IMORTANT THING IN THE FRONT? ARE YOU GOING TO PLACE A BARCODE?
PLEASE ALSO GIVE AT LEAST APPROXIMATE DIMENTIONS FOR THE LABEL!

No barcode. No back side. Just the front. The label size would be 2(vertical)x3(horizontal) . I just need the front side and the size doesn't HAVE to be exactly 2x3 but I want something like that size.
