Brief de Design de Logo

We are seeking a logo design for a new luxury apartment community being developed in Columbia, MD. Property will be 320 units (5 midrise buildings) all with a balcony or patio. Square footage on average for each unit is bigger generally than other properties being built today. High-end materials will be utilized in the interiors, such as granite counters/breakfast bars, brushed nickel fixtures, tile floors, high-end wood cabinetry, ceramic tile. 9-ft. ceilings will be standard, spacious floor plans, with most units containing a "bonus" room, extra space that can be used as an office, storage, an extra bedroom, etc.

Exterior of the buildings will be brick. Each building will have a lobby with country club furnishings.

The average age of the targeted demographic will be 50+, active adults. The property will be LEED silver rated, meaning energy conscious building practices will be employed.

This will be a very walkable community, near lots of retail, will include membership to an association that offers access to many parks and recreational options. The developer's intention is to create a true community where residents and staff will be active in leading activities in the clubhouse as well as volunteering for service projects in surrounding local schools and organizations.

The property will have a clubhouse with hi-tech space as well as a "winter garden" with greenhouse space. There will also be an adventure center for storing bikes and kayaks, washing dogs, a fitness center with a saltwater lap pool, serenity rooms for massage therapy. Community center will have a kids area.

Overall, the project will have a stately feel, possibly on the slightly "conservative" side design-wise.

Inspired Living.
Great Home-magination. (not my favorite)
