Brief de Design de Flyer

Our business has just secured a deal in a medical centre to offer our consulting services. We have installed our software on the doctors computers and would like to have an A3 flyer to put on their walls to remind them about our services and explain very briefly how to use our simple software.

We would like the flyer to be vibrant and very simple whilst conveying our message of improving patient health outcomes and illustrating how to use our software and service.

We provide Home Medicine Reviews (HMR) for General Practitioners (GP) at medical centres.

There are 3 pathways for a GP to use our service, all resulting in the same outcome.

The outcome is the Dr sends us a referral for a HMR for their patient. In turn they receive a report back after we have performed the HMR.



Pathways
1.
-GP Opens Patient File in medical prescribing software
-If patient is eligible for a HMR, an alert will pop up in bottom right hand corner (approx 30 seconds)
- Click Send Referral
- New page opens, select reason for referral ie. several medicines
- Press Send - referral is sent electronically to Pharmacist

2.
No alert pops up but GP still wants to refer.
Right click HMR Alert program - HMR Alert program is identified by the bell shape icon in the bottom right side of the desktop tray next to the time.
Click refer current patient - this will refer the patient currently open on the GP prescribing software

3. GP would like to send HMR Referal via Fax.

I have attached some examples of how the software and service works, including screen shots and some power points. I would like to use these as ideas for our A3 Flyer.
