You mess up designers. What you want now is a pinting, not a logo. A logo it must to be as simple as possible. If you have to many elements is very hard to remeber. Think of the most iconic logo, Nike, Adidas, Mc Donals, all of them maximum three elements, one or two colors. If you continue to want what you want now you have to swich to another category. First you have to define your brand. A brand can not have more that three attributes. Think about all of this and see what you came with. Read if you have to about logo and branding. What you see at others ministy may be or may be not logos, as they should be, so you better now for your self how it have to be done. I read a lot about branding and marketing, and some about logo.
