Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new company called Agile Pathway which provides agile business improvement and best practice strategies and initiatives. It provides business with a planning pathway to optimising performance.
I am flexible as to the design but perhaps an arrow or a pathway with blue/maroon colours (or that side of the colour wheel). Design should communicate an agile pathway for business giving them direction to optimise performance.

• I have attached an the logo of 'agilepath.com' logo - bit simple however has an arrow but we can't copy it
