Brief de Design de T-shirt

We need a T-shirt design on short notice for our upcoming conference. I already have an idea that I'd like to see realized (although I'm open to other possibilities). As the conference has been held mostly on Caribbean islands plus Bermuda, Tenerife (Canary Islands) and Okinawa (Japan), I thought of a map of the Caribbean on the front (without text and with the shirt itself as background, i.e., transparent), with the islands we've been to highlighted in some way (e.g., in a different color), and on a back a list of the locations and a mention of the anniversary. Map inserts would be needed for our meetings in Tenerife and Okinawa (and perhaps also Bermuda). I've attached a very rough example (poor quality and layout but just to give an idea), plus our organization's logo (a key made up of a euro, dollar, and yen) and the busorama font that our letterhead uses and would thus be a good choice for the text. The ideas for the back that I've attached include a list of the islands to be highlighted. Result should be vector (svg) files (and/or png at suitable resolution) that can be given directly to the T-shirt printer. More information about the conference is available at http://fc16.ifca.ai/.
