Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new consulting business I am about to embark on my own based in Sydney, Australia called Rewarding Solutions, with the tag line, "finding the right balance'' or something similar.

Basically the business will provide consulting services targeting top tier listed companies (preferably) and smaller businesses who cannot afford to employ their own Remuneration and Benefits Manager.

The range of services offered will include providing advice on executive and board remuneration, designing employee benefit packages, short and long term incentive programs to attract key personnel / managers to executive positions within the company, remuneration / board reports, reward strategies, fringe benefit advice, superannuation benefits advice to name a few.

I would like to see designs that use the colours blue, green, yellow.

The final design should communicate rewards, compensation, bonuses, payments, prize.
