Budget good for 1 page for a contest as here you get many designs.
Also no guarantee means less chances of getting payment even if we work hard....
please think again about this as this is no fair deal for any designer so how can I work on this??

thanks for your message and interest on working on this project! We actually do not have a logo as we are simply two academics who wrote a book and now seek to give it visibility. In future though, I might at one point start working as a consultant and use the "Wise Family Business" as a brand.

many thanks for your message. I fully understand your concerns but would like to explain that we are two academics who try to give visibility to a book that has hardly any commercial interest but shares our experiences and insights for educational purposes. We have no agency or other professional partner involved and cover the cost for the website production out of our personal pockets and therefore need to be very careful with the expenses. Hence we thought that designcrowd could be a viable option. I am sorry to hear you find this unfair but as we have no experience whatsoever in the web design production process via design crowd we hesitate to guarantee payment.

thanks for your interest in this project - it is exciting to see the first designs come in!
I would just like to point out one thing in respect to the briefing documents: the pictures I have uploaded as "inspirational imagery" do not necessarily need to be used, they really were more meant to be associations/concepts ...
