Brief de Design de Logo

I would like a logo proposal for my Company

ELYPS Aviation GmbH (should be together with a logo design)
In adition below the logo I would like to have the following
"Aviation Management Services" this is what we are providing as a Company.
The design is open but it should reflect the fact that we are providing Services around the world.

Elyps Aviation GmbH is based in Switzerland and working with different customer for CAMO , logistic and Maintenance Support Services

The People working in our Company are coming from different countries.

The Job we offer are for Airlines, MRO and private aircraft.

The logo attached is the one from our Partner Company in Romania called "AVIAMS".
We would like to have a logo design which is different from this attached in order to clearly separate the both entity.

The logo design should be able for the Futur to be used on all different Country where we will build abroad entity belonging to Elyps Aviation.
