Brief de Design de Logo

VasoActive is the name of a research group and also the name of a cardiovascular rehabilitation service / consultancy. We study and deliver exercise training and other therapies (e.g. diet) for people who have cardiovascular conditions. Cardiovascular conditions include heart disease, and blockages in the arteries of the legs, and impairments in brain blood flow. Many of our studies and services involve movement and exercise. We have a particular interest in the microvasculature - the small blood vessels (see image of capillary density). Many of our studies include the measurement of ECG (heart trace), or continuous measurements of blood pressure or blood flow (see images). Our current logo (attached) includes a leg (representing vascular disease in the leg) and a blood flow trace. We like the sense of movement in this trace - but the emphasis on the leg is limiting - as our work includes other aspects of the body and other conditions. We would like a simple image, incorporating the term "vasoactive", or VasoActive - which highlights the "active/activity" focus of the group and our work.

Update 6th Feb
Our group is based at the university of the sunshine coast in Australia - the University logo is attached as it might be useful to use similar colours - although this is not a priority.
I have attached two cartoon picture of vessel plaques - blockages in the artery. log might include a stylised image or artery?
I have attached a picture of a Doppler (blood flow) trace and an ecg (heart) trace.
