Can you us your website url. The text to be on the banner is vague. And do you want to add form in the banner?

This is an internal web site which is still under development. Regarding the form, I am thinking about having an image or icon of form in the banner but not the actual form. Actually, there are many text that you can place on the banner.

1. "Submit your Lesson Learned today and get a cool souvenir"
2. "I will do it better if I have to do it again" -> you can make it look like an employee is saying this
3. "Share your knowledge, technics, experience in maintenance and engineering in machines and equipments using Lesson Learned"
4. "Click here to learn more about lesson learned"

Do you want illustration kind of "picture of technician examining machine" as you mentioned you don't want real people? Thanks
