Please clarify the exact scope of work as this is design contest / competition.
Project says Job Type CSS coded design only

The current budget suffices for homepage psd design with CSS only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

Quite honestly, we are just looking for a site that is ready for publishing. It can be all html as long as when we upload the pages it navigates correctly and there are no broken links. Some of the lingo on here is a bit over our heads. You may guess, we are not designers!

To Developers: As an update; Our main focus is our SOC audits as described in the information provided in our brief. We do not perform financial audits of any kind. Everything we do is based on information security, regulation, and compliance.

Budget good for 3-4 page design & html for a contest as here you get many designs.
Also no guarantee means less chances of getting payment even if we work hard....
please think again about this as this is no fair deal for any designer so how can I work on this??
