Brief de Design Graphique

We're a growing payroll and human resources company that has just redesigned their site in WordPress. We currently have a web marquee on the home page that has some basic filler material now (simple text and generic stock images).

Initially, I'm looking for just a single content pane to start with that showcases our "Payroll" solution - if you do a great job on this, I'll gladly give you future projects for doing the other 4 slots!

The design should at least complement the other 3 colors on the site (blue, green and white). This design will hyperlink to our content page - http://www.adv-hr.com/solutions/payroll/. Content can be used & tweaked to fit the image of the design.

Ideally, we're trying to communicate simplicity and service-driven payroll services through our technology and one-on-one assistance. Unlike some of the larger companies out there (ADP, Paychex) each of our clients have dedicated account representatives they know by name. You'll also notice we have a satisfaction guarantee on the payroll page.
