Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a logo to re-brand our company. Our official name is 'Foam Rubber Products' we are wanting to do business as 'FRP'. We supply flexible polyurethane foam to production operations in the following industries: public transportation, office furniture, upholstered furniture, packaging, and medical applications. The logo should utilize the colors red and black. The industries we supply frequently have safety and quality requirements. We would like our logo to reflect our established history, we have been in business over 60 years, and reputation meeting those requirements. We are wanting to use this logo, or a portion of it, on small format uses such as business cards and letterhead, but use an enlarged or 'complete' logo for larger spaces; webpages, billboards, and semi tractors and trailers.
