Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a simplistic logo design. black font on a white background. A silhouette of our dog who sometimes looks like a cow when she stands with her side to us but looking at us (we tried to get some images of this. We have also uploaded a logo similar to how we want ours to look. We would like to the main text of the logo to be "The Moos", whereas the "coffee and juice" is just to signify what we provide. The "coffee and juice" can be under the logo or to the side (we are open to suggestions).
We are going to be a coffee and juice business operating in the cities of the United Kingdom (undecided on which city at this time).
