Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for our company which sells reproduction rockabilly/1950's clothing. Our business is called "Popsicle Designs". In is not required but the tagline "Reproduction Rockabilly Clothing" can also be included.
We want the logo to reflect the style of clothing we sell, being very feminine and classic in style. Yet at the same time still slightly quirky.
Our target market is women in the rockabilly community. So it can be fun and slightly personal. Though it should be a very girly logo.
We would like the logo to be pink and black.
