I am a bit confuse with your brief. On "must have" and "should not have" is the same thing.

incorrect. what I was eluding to was that must "feel" like a mullet but not look like a mullet.
in other words the design should represent what a mullet reflects, I.E. business at the front party at the back, but not actually look like a mullet I.E. trash.
