We need a logo of a portal, no text required, only the portal logo is needed.

#0C2031 (the background which we will print the logo on)

Since the background is rather dark, we'd like the main part of the logo to be white or bright gray.

We'd like the logo to be advanced and futuristic, not just a simple ring/circle.

The main media this logo will be used for is the web.
