Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new company called Nuven. Nuvens' name originates from the words "New Venture". Essentially, the brand group name will be called Nuven, which will be applied to each new industry sector it enters (much like Virgin has done). The first sector, and to which this logo will be based upon, will be in property and the company will be called Nuven Surveyors. The next company will be Nuven Homes (but a design is not required for this yet). Therefore, the word Nuven needs to be familiar as it will be reused on other new startups eventually, such as Nuven Homes, Nuven Health and Nuven Active. As long as the design brief is centered around what virgin and the likes of Easy have done, that should be enough to go on. The design needs to be fun, youthful, adventurous, yet professional. I would like the design to be very simple, particularly the word Nuven. To differentiate each sector from the other, the logo could have a very simple change in design to represent that sector, e.g. a pitch of a roof for the surveying company or a heart could be used for the Nuven Health company. The same colours will be used for each new startup. You can play around with upper and lower case and whether the words have a space or are all one word e.g. Nuven Surveyors, NuvenSurveyors, NuVen Surveyors etc.
