Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a logo design for a software product that we're currently developing, called Trade Engine.

Trade Engine's tag-line is "Cloud Business Management".

It combines sales, marketing, financials, business contacts, products, services, project management, and customer support into a single extendable system, which allows customers get a complete picture of their business from an easy-to-use dashboard.

We would like to see designs that are contemporary and innovative. Simple designs are absolutely fine - we are not looking for flashy 'effects'. We don't have a colour scheme in mind yet either, although two complementary colours would be desirable. The logo should be eye-catching and instantly recognisable.

• We don't want to stifle creativity, so won't introduce too many requirements. However, simple and straightforward will win over anything too 'flashy' (e.g., logos with special effects applied).

• Ideally, the logo should be available in 3 formats:
  
  - As an individual 'icon'
  - Icon + text (Trade Engine)
  - Icon + text (Trade Engine) + slogan (Cloud Business Management)
  
  A clean and modern custom font would be nice. We'd need to know which font was used so we can use it on other marketing materials.

• Not too many 'special effects' (e.g., lighting, shadows, etc.) Gradients are okay if they're subtle.
