Technical recruiting agency, located in Phoenix, AZ, needs a logo designed. Business focuses on silicon valley/San Francisco, CA and Arizona developers.

Definition of the word Moxie:
mox·ie
noun: moxie; noun: moxy
force of character, determination, or nerve.
"when you've got moxie, you need the clothes to match"

Looking for the logo to be the words "Moxie Recruiting", not interested in graphics. In the recruiting industry, a candidate that is considered highly qualified, the perfect fit, and difficult to find is called a purple squirrel. I want the squirrel integrated into the word moxie, in a clever way (like how Fedex uses an arrow).

Logo NEEDS to be clean, simple and professional. Our clients are in the technology and healthcare industries and we deal directly with executive management.

Because we work with high-level, high salaried programmers/developers, we would also be open to the use and color scheme of c++. I have attached a very basic example.
