Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a business I am starting called 'Promotions Covered'. I will be offering prize insurance and promotional services.

My competitors have used images of gift boxes and keys so I'd like to stay away from that. I'd rather have something modern, and simple.

Exigences

Doit avoir

• The logo needs to work whether its in colour or black and white so I'd prefer for it to not contain gradients or different colours. I am partial to blue (in particular I like navy blue or teal but am open to any shade).
  
  Lowercase letters preferred throughout e.g.: 'promotions covered'

Bien d'avoir

• Whilst images can sometimes work, I also like logos that don't require an image but rather use an interesting font or position the words to create effect.
  
  Style wise, I really want something simple and elegant. Nothing too gimmicky/child-like.
